I have the some workitems created for one process. Now need to update the value of field in Global container... Is it possible ?

Also some process are checkout..

This process is manual activity....

You really should try reading some of the documentation.....

There is only one way to update the value of the GDC, and that is to have a mapping from an activity to the GDC.
