Is there any I can map entire organization structure in workflow

ex. region-->country-->industry-->teams-->users.

At any point I need to know tasks assigned to contry, industry, team, and particular user.

You cant query for workitems based on organizational data.
One solution would be to have the info in the UserID.

Like say, name the UserID Who is based in US in Organization XYZ in team ABC to US_XYZ_ABC_USERID.

When you want to know the number of workitems assigned to ORG XYZ in US, you can set the Workitem filter to

OWNER LIKE 'US_XYZ*'
