How can I create a new cluster within which two Queuemanager will be remain and I can send messages from one queue of one Queuemanager to other queuemanager?Please give me the steps which is neccesary in WIN2000?

You don't pass messages between them. You put messages on a clustered queue. MQ takes care of the tranmission (if needed)

There is a manual (SC34-6061) Queue Manager Clusters that is almost a 'must read' before using clusters. It will explain (with examples) clustering.

Also, there are no different steps between WIN2000 and any other OS.
