Just curiosity really. I am trying to find out what this process actually does. I have spotted that it uses a new SYSTEm queue but for what purpose.

This is the deferred msg handler.
When a JMS non-durable subscription is registered, a Dereg msg is written to the SYSTEM.PENDING.DATA.QUEUE. If the JMS app ends without disconnecting nicely, the msg is activated and written to the SYSTEM.BROKER.CONTROL.QUEUE so the subscription is deregistered.
The app that handles the deferred msg is amqzdmaa.
