Hi,
First of all thanks for the response.
The queue Manager CCSID is 437, which is on Windows, my all the clients are in simillar Windows environment so I hope the default CCSID is 437. We are using the default CCSID on client. There is no other language is used apart from US English.

First of all thanks for the reply.
We have queue manager's CCSID on Windows is 437 and all my clients are also running on Windows environment which has default CCSID of 437. We are not using any other language OS apart from USEnglish.
Both the CCSID are compaitable. So I dont think so CCSID might be problematic.

I have tried for rebooting the server. But there was no affect. Still now i am facing the same problem .

Ask for help from the networking team to check wether you are just simply facing some weird TCP/IP problem / DNS problem....
