Is it necessary, in order to release memory, to explicitly delete fields created in the Environment and LocalEnvironment?

I have been given one opinion that it is not necessary as the broker (5.0)releases this memory when the flow ends. I have also read that the fields should be deleted.

I would not free the memory unless I have problem with the memory. I populate the Environment and LocalEnvironment fileds in my flows and never release it. I nver had any problem with memory and my flows run well and the broker is pretty stable. As you said memory should be released automatically when the flow ends.
