				| Hello
I'm not sure if this is possible but maybe someone has experience with that.

I'd like to implement a functionality in the worklist, that allows you to get workitems from a different user. You should be able to connect to a different worklist as a deputy. Is this basically possible?

 Thanks for any advice.

				| Sure, you just need to have access to the other users work and use a transfer. Please have a look at some of the documentation, these techniques are well documented _________________

				| basically its like this
in a users settings they can set their own substitute if they are absent

 scenario

user a is going on vacation for 2 weeks

user a sets user b as their substitute

all users have a worklist called substitute that they use to access other's worklists

user a sets themself as absent

on substitute list user b sees the items on a's list

when an item needs to be worked on they can take control and be the owner of that work item

				| You can not transfer/access work item(s) of others work list, unless the first person and also the second person have been given special authorization rights to do so. Check the Workflow documentation for more details on same.
However, one workaround to this problem when you want to transfer any work item from Person A to Person B and Person A does not have required privilleges is, that while transferring the work item you transfer it using ADMIN user id behind the scenes in application code becoz ADMIN user id is having all the privillages to transfer the work item to any other user from anyone. This is won't be visible to the user working with the work item list as it all would be happening behind teh scenes in application code.
