I have a three tier set up where WAS/Workflow are on one machine and DB2 is on a different machine.

We have WAS runnig on WASQM and Workflow on FMCQM. I defined some queues on FMCQM for UPESes in the flow.

Right now the UPES is not running. I tried to test the flows if they are putting msgs in the right queues and found that the admin server was not running.

I checked the fmcsys.log file and I found the following msgs.
FMC31050E An error has occurred which has terminated processing

Sqlcode=-30081,Sqlerrmc=32ÿ*ÿ0ÿTCP/IPÿSOCKET

and

MQReturnCode=2, MQReasonCode=2087, MQObjectName=UPESQ

I am wondering if these two msgs are related. I also do not know if I did something wrong when setting up the UPESqs. Any help is appreciated.

P.S I think I solved the second problem. I added the q to cluster.

I am not sure but it is possible that the two messages are related.

2087 means

How did you define your UPES in buildtime?
What is the QMGR name that you gave for the UPES?
