We use MQ and MQSeries link for R/3. On 10/31 at 7.30pm a message was put to BADMESSAGE queue by MQ link. But when i checkked the errorr logs i see only errors from 11/01 .No errors before that. But MQ was up and running all the time and processing messages.

The developmet team feels that there is some thing wrong with MQ since that one message went to BADMESSAGE queue. Can any one tell me where to find more error messages. Because i cant find messages in the errors folder for 10/31 and dev_rfc file also doest have for 10/31.

The BMH header of the msg in the bad msg queue will contain the reason code why the msg was put on the queue. If you browse the queue you wil be able to see the hex code in bytes 13-16.

Sorry, I meant the output from amqsbcg, so that the hex characters of the reason code are visible.
