fmczchk errors

After I installed and configured db2 8.1.3,mq 5.3.6 and mqwf 3.4.4 on windows.I run the command fmczchk -d to check the errors.I got these two errors.
FMC34509E: Agent stack size is 16, must be at least 96.
FMC34509E: Query heap size is 1000, must be at least 1500..
How can I correct these?

Have you tried using the DB2 Control center to change those values?

Open DB2 Control Center
Go down to your Instance and say configure. You should see those parameters.
