Hi there, I am familiar with the fmczchk command for MQ Workflow and was wondering if there is some equivalent command for MQ? I just need something to verify that everything is set up correctly. Thanks! Trevor

I think running MQ Explorer is good, and seeing if you can create a queue manager.

I'd say create and start the queue manager.

Hmm... I can run MQ Explorer and seemingly can create Queue Managers just fine but when I run the MQ Workflow Configuration Utility to set up a Workflow configuration it fails out on the Queue Manager creation. The specific error is:

FMC33149E Return code from runmqsc SNTYWFQM < "c:\PROGR~1\IBMWEB~1\qmgrs\sntywfqm\mqs\fmczcltc.mqs" >> "c:\program files\ibm websphere mq workflow\cfgs\fmc\log\sntywfqm.log" is: 10

I would guess that I have something configured incorrectly within MQ that's making the queue manager creation fail out.

Any ideas anyone?

Looks like this is not a problem with the queue manager creation as the error shows it at runmqsc.

Check if your queue manager is Running, and also check if you need to explicitly set the default Dead Letter Queue for the queue manager for this requirement.

Also, try running runmqsc command without your script and first make sure you are able to issue the commands.

What version of workflow are you running?
What version of MQ?

Instead of GUI try using fmczutil and see if you can create the configuration
