You can start with Websphere MQ manuals. If you look at the top of this page you will find Documentation menu. There you will find links to important manuals. Also, there are few redbooks out there that can be of great help.
And if you have any question, please post it here.

Yes, the title under names - like 'newbie' or 'master' or 'grand master' - is merely a reflection of how many posts someone has made.

It is not in any way a reflection of how much they know or how much they share.

I found the IBM M/UX MQSeries Administration Class to be very helpful.

I took it in 1999. I am planning on taking the Advanced MQSeries Administration class in Chicago next month.
