hi all,
i have simple qis. how i can defined some one another administrator to start process?

Not sure I understand the question:

There can only be 1 Process Administrator, but that can be any user in the database.

Starting with version 3.5 you can change the process administrator 'on the fly' via SetProcessAdmin() API call.
