Everytime i shutdown or stop and start queue manager i have to manually start the sdr/rcvr channels, sometimes gives hard time to start them, is there anyway that they startup automatically.

Set the channels to trigger when a message arrives in the transmission queue. Details are in the Intercommunication Manual (document button at the top of this page).
