this is what am tryin to do, am tryin to start a debugger, i opened my message flow in the debugger tab and set my break points, but when i hit start debugger it gives me a "BIP0640E error connecting or creating socket TCP/IP address in use". What cud be wrong????need help...  |

Hi,
Some of the process will be using the socket number. COnsult u'r MQSI Admin to check which socket can be used.

| from menu->settings change the port number. It's defaulted to 5000 and if its already in use because your debugger session is still active, or some other app is using that port number, you can't use it. changing the port number worked for me quite a few times. |
