Hi all,
I installed WMQI 2.1 on my machine(Windows 2000) and while connecting to configuration manager it gives authorization exception.I know that the user name should be added in authorization groups on configuration manager machine but which user??Does the user to added is the one which is my system log in id or some other??

What user would most likely be involved when you are running the Control Center - a user application?

What user is logged in the errors on your system for the authorization failure?

What user does the documentation say you should add?

the database configuration manager using should be created under the user ID you are trying to connect or that user should have permissions to it. also check if your in your ODBC configuration you can actually test the connection with the userid/pwd.
