Hi,

With respect to my earlier article posted in this forum:
http://www.mqseries.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=15159

I am successfully able to send and execute MQSC Commands.
For this i had a dedicated replyQ on which the responses were put.

Do i need to have a dedicated reply Q setup all the time. Is there a system default Q where responses to MQSC commands executed on "SYSTEM.COMMAND.INPUT" are automatically put?

Thanks

Jigs

You could use a temporary dynamic queue based on a default model queue.

This is what MQExplorer does, and why it is very bad to set the default persistance of SYSTEM.ADMIN.COMMAND.QUEUE to "True".

The mechanisms for opening a temporary dynamic queue based on a default model queue are described in the Application Programming Guide.
