Hi
My configuration
*************
mq workflow 3.4
mq series 5.3
aix 5.1
ISSUE
************
When i try to start workflow ..
i get ........>
FMC31000E A database error occurred. SQL code: -818.
******************************************************
******************************************************
error - > 818 says that timestamp mismatch
SQL0818N A timestamp conflict occurred.
Explanation: The timestamp generated by the precompiler at
precompile time is not the same as the timestamp stored with the
package at bind time.
******************************************************
Also i found from IBm site rebind the database
and hence i tried
fmczrdb -o=b -y FMC -d=FMCDB
and again ended up with error
******************************************************
/4c/fmc/wf3.4/temp340>fmczrdb -o=b -y FMC -d=FMCDB
DB2 user ID : fmc
DB2 password :
FMC33999E Internal error: 'FmcAssertionException, Condition=*** Pre-condition failed in /projects/fmc/drvp/lbld/v340/src/fmcks
tr.cxx(1326): !IsNull()'.
FMC33141I Setup of database completed with errors.
******************************************************
Can anyone help me out to come out of the sql -818 error or the FMC33999E error.
regards ,

When I have had this error in the past I have deleted my configuration and started over... Thats fine for a developer, but if this is a production database, you will obviously need a better solution.

check the file qm.ini for the Qmanager in var/mqm/ directory.
It has the userid/password the database you are trying to connect to. Check the password. Also check if the user id under which you are starting the workflow server has the required Database environment variables set.
I think this is the most likely issue with you.
Hope this helps. |

Hi ,
Workflow started once i did the rebind (fmczrdb) using ROOT USER .since fmc user was not able rebind (assertion error).....
"FMC33999E Internal error: 'FmcAssertionException"
Even if it is by pass ...
I am still on the process of finding why fmc is not able to rebind
(FMC33999E Internal error: 'FmcAssertionException)
regards ,
