I am going through the ADMIN guide,I read we can use the LDAP Bridge tool to propagate staff staff updates from LDAP Server to the workflow database.
We can also use Substitute Person Tool to reassign MQ Workflow run-time objects from one person to someone else so that we can delete the person.
Did anyone use this tools before?
Basically,I want to reassign the workitems of one person to another,Can I use the Substitute Person Tool ?

You can use this tool to achieve what you want. I havent used this before, so I may not be helpfull.
