Greeetings,

I am newbie to MQ series. pl help. My req is as follows

a) Create a messsage and put it in default q.
b) Our mainframes gets message from default q and process it and MQput the result in the same q.
c) my application needs to read the message back from the Q(MQGET). the time window for the same is 90 secs.

i am aware of basics. Kindly help how to proceed with this.

You can find plenty of samples that probably do what you are looking for. Try the ones at the top of this page. There are some more at http://www.developer.ibm.com/tech/sampmq.html. I also know that Roger has some available as well.
