I used fmczutil -f to load my config file and want to create it automatically. It does not work, any tips?

What do you mean it does not work. What happens when you try fmczutil -f and give the file name?

From what you say, sounds like you need to look at
Appendix F. Unattended installation and configuration.

You have to use fmczkcfg for unattended configuration.
