I am using Websphere MQ 5.3 with CSD04 and WMQI 2.1 with CSD 04. Every time I go to start the ConfigMgr/Broker or issue any MQSI command it displays the following error:

"The procedure entry point @xtr_API_retcode@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library AMQXCS2.dll"

Also the control center could not connect to the Configuration Manager.
However, the Queue Manager is running fine as I can view it from the MQ Explorer.

I have re-installed both MQ as well as WMQI several times after uninstalling, but all the effort was in vein.

Any suggestion to recover is highly appreciated.
