Hi,
It's possible to use the elements values that I have in my message set in a compute node our database node?
How can I do this.
The purpose is to format the message in according with the length specified in the message set.

When you say the "Elements Values" I assume you mean the Element Values defined in your v2.1 message set ? Not the value carried by the element in the message.
If you mean "Element Values" as defined in the v2.1 message set then the answer is no. They are used only for validation of the message data by the MRM parsers/writers and cannot be used in ESQL. |

If you are concerned about formatting of message according to the element length then you don't need to do anything special in your code. WMQI will apply "Padding" to your elements when the populated value is less than the element length. _________________ Kiran

For CWF, make sure that 'String Justification' is correctly set on the element.
For TDS, make sure that 'Justification' is correctly set on the element. |
