I'll describe a situation and have all of you respond to it...
Messages sent from an adapter to WMQI Integrator Broker to another adapter is the expected path, but when an exception occurs the message is thrown to an try/catch node and routed to an error queue. The business expects a daily accounting (audit report) of the total number of messages processed including those that fail.
The adapters run outside broker, so the message count would be derived from them. But for the Broker, how could this be accomplished? Is there functionality in Integrator Broker v2.1 that makes this possible? Are there vendors that provide an audit report function?
Developing a subflow in which you can log every transaction onto a queue or some place in your server or database. you can just use a flag to determine if the message has succeeded or failed.
If it sounds crazy forgive me.
Thanks,
