I am being asked for a new installation, if there will be any problems running MQ 5.3 on AIX 5.2, JFS2 Filesystem, 64 bit Kernel.
Does anyone know the answer to this?

Maybe I am missing something here. I also need the 64bit client libraries for MQ 5.3 on AIX 5.2. I see a patch library for MQ 5.2 that can be downloaded but nothing for MQ 5.3. I am stuck without this as the application/DB I am working with is 64 bit only on AIX 5.2.
Does anyone know why the 64bit client libraries are not available for AIX 5.2, or if they are, where they are on the increasingly unnavigable IBM Website  |
