I created a Compute node that needs to update an Oracle table. I have created the ODBC DSN on Win2000, but I don't know how to configure Integrator to access the Oracle database. Is there a property setting in the message flow? I've tried reading the manuals but can't find exact steps required for making this work. |

What version are you using?
In 2.1, you add the datasource to the Input section on the Advanced tab of a Compute Node, or you set the datasource on the properties of one of the database nodes.
Open up the Help for WMQI to find out about how to use each node.
See the ESQL Reference manual for how to access databases using SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and etc. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

I'm using Integrator Broker v2.1. I read the help. In the "Compute1" tabe, there is an "Add..." button. I typed in the Datasource and table name. Now, under Inputs, there is a tab by that table name with a tree structure showing the datasource at the root and table as a child. Is that it? thx |
