I have created two qmanagers in a cluster configuration and running them on ports 1414 (default) and 1415 but whereas when I try to start a channel it is not starting up on both of them what could be the reason Iam able to put messages into my local queue and am not able to put messages from a different qmanager how do I do that.

Thanks in advance for your help.

check if your listner is running,
ping the channels , and if the conn name is right, check the qmanager error logs
