Hello Gentlemen,
I installed MQSeries 5.2.1 on Windows XP Professional and configured it properly. When I try to configure Control Centre I got the error message, like
BIP1356S: MQSeries error detected, reason code 2195.
An error has occurred while making an MQSeries call from the Control Center. The MQSeries reason code is 2195.
For more information on this error see the MQSeries Application Programming Reference manual, code 2195.
Please help me to find the solution for this problem.
Thank you |

What is your CSD level?
2195 means,
Quote: |
MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR
The call was rejected because an unexpected error occurred.
Corrective action: Check the application’s parameter list to ensure, for example, that the correct number of parameters was passed, and that data pointers and storage keys are valid.
If the problem cannot be resolved, contact your system programmer.
a) On z/OS, check whether any information has been displayed on the console. If this error occurs on an MQCONN or MQCONNX call, check that the subsystem named is an active WebSphere MQ subsystem. In particular, check that it is not a DB2 subsystem. If the problem cannot be resolved, rerun the application with a CSQSNAP DD card (if you have not already got a dump) and send the resulting dump to IBM.
b) On OS/2 and OS/400, consult the FFST record to obtain more detail about the problem.
c) On Compaq OpenVMS Alpha, Compaq NonStop Kernel, and UNIX systems, consult the FDC file to obtain more detail about the problem.

Please see if there any any FDC files created on the server, These files will have more information about the error.
What version of WMQI do you have on your box? Can you first try running any sample MQ Series program and see if they work. _________________ Kiran
