I am installing the WBI Message Broker CSD01 on Win2000 Server when I get to the end of the 'WBIMB Getting Started Wizard' or when I try to connect.

WebSphere is expreiencing problems communicating with the configuration manager

PubSubTopology information was not recieved from the Configuration Manager. Either the Configuration manager is not available or the user 'mqadmin@domain' does not have the authority to view the object. (UUID='PubSubTopology', required paramater='name')

mqadmin is a part of all the mq* groups and a local Administrator. This is the same userid that created the configuration manager. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a fixpack from IBM (a replacement of config.jar) that handles this.
This should have been fixed in CSD02 though. Should take care of some of the CSD01 bugs.
