On Friday 31st November around 15:00 GMT I had three applications all using the same userid on a Solaris machine simultaneously loose security access to three Queue Managers [5.2] even though the user id is STILL in the mqm group.

I have a call still outstanding with IBM, but would be interested if anyone else experienced this type on phenomenon.

Is it possible that the password for the userid in question expired, or otherwise changed?
