Hello,

I use external stored procedure within my WMQI flow.
However this flow once deployed keeps an open thread with DB2 stored procedure all the time.
If we want to do any changes to stored proc. (including rebinding) it requires removing the flow from exec. group and deploying. Only then the thread to DB2 is closed. In production environment this causes a big trouble.

Is this normal behavior?
I thought that calls to stored proc are dynamic same like queries in database tables.
Is this some kind of WMQI limitation or something I can change/tune?

Thanks for any input.
Miron

We use:
WMQI 2.1 CSD04
DB2 7.2 on OS/390
broker on OS/390
