Has anyone ever accessed the "blob" of container data in the 21082 "Global Container Updated" audit record?

I am trying to determine what format it is in. It is my opinion that it is a serialized container object, and not a blob of XML, like it is when the Audit record is written to an MQ Queue.

I know we have spoken of this on the forum several times in the past, and I have suggested that this is how I think it works... I am just inquiring now to see if anyone has ever tried this and can say definitively that it is NOT XML.

Thanks

Well... I finally got around to testing this out... actually it was one of my co-workers...

The answer is not what I thought... I figured the blob was probabably produced using the asStream() method of the container... but it is in reality just an XML Fragment showing as follows:
<Structure_Name>
<Member-1>value</Member-1>
<Member-n>value</Member-n>
</Structure_Name>

Hi John,
What is the API to be used to access the container data from Audit_trail db?

Thanks,

Mahesh:

No API... just SQL to access the AUDIT_TABLE. This is one of the tables that you are allowed to access.
