Hi guys,
I want to know what is a *.tab file. I also want to know where and when will it be of use.

Any ideas?

It is the channel table file. You need it if you are connecting an MQCLient to MQServer.

Hi
Please note that there are two places where the tab file is stored if you are using workflow. In addition to channel table in mq installation directory you can find a channel table in mqwf installation directory. There are environment variables available to set them so that you are using the correct channel table.
