Hi All,
from the docs i've found - SC34-2920-00 - it seems to me that MQIPT is not jet supported on the IBM i (aka AS400) platform.
Can please confirm and if is there any Statement of Direction for future implementation ?

I have not heard any such Statement of Direction. Similarly for z/OS. I suspect it is generally expected that your mainframes (z/OS and IBM i machines) are not used on the edge of your network.
If you have a requirement for MQIPT on an IBM i machine which sits at the edge of your network, then you should make IBM aware of that requirement by raising an RFE.
Cheers

Understand. We are in the Architectural Design phase of a big project, where things have still to be defined. So far we know whe will have thousands of jms mq client that thru the Internet connects every day to a central site "MQ Manager".
So I'm in the process of evalute the Pro&Cons of realiable IBM i (the MQ in the Central Site) with some limitations (no IPT support) against other LUW platform.
BTW. Any experience with java JMS Client with MQIPT ?
limitations... restrictions ...
