Hi, I am getting below message in MQ server error logs (MQ Version 7.0.1.9).

AMQ9208: Error on receive from host jts01285 (10.130.221.9).

EXPLANATION:
An error occurred receiving data from jts01285(10.130.221.9) over TCP/IP. This
may be due to a communications failure.
ACTION:
The return code from the TCP/IP read() call was 104 (X'68'). Record these
values and tell the systems administrator.

We have defined below entry QMGR qm.ini file.

Channels:

KeepAlive=yes

client application is connecting to this Remote Queue Manager using SVRCONN. I have also checked the value of TCP/IP KeepAlive interval in Linux machine(Red Hat) where application is deployed.

net.ipv4.tcp_keepalive_intvl = 15
net.ipv4.tcp_keepalive_probes = 2
net.ipv4.tcp_keepalive_time = 300

Not sure If I need to change these values to fix the issue. I read about HeartBeat Interval also which is used to for TCP communication, not sure if i need to use it.
