I am getting below message when i am trying to start Queue Manager. I was trying to delete some logs and finding the possible cause, but couldn't find.

WebSphere MQ was unable to display an error message 893.

Delete which logs?

Anything in the error files

Are your log transaction logs still present?

Usually its because MQ can't find its message catalog. Are there diagnostics in /var/mqm/errors? Try running MQ early trace, it should show what is going on.

0x893 is decimal 2195, i.e MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR.
MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR is a bit of a catchall and as such a very broad error. There will almost certainly be some associated FDC's which point more specifically to the error.
Trying to guess what's wrong from only the information you've provided is asking rather too much.
