Ask your email administrators what that means.
Ask your broker admin to work with you to resolve the issue the email servers describe. _________________ chmod -R ugo-wx / |

Do you mean that you worked with one of the Gmail administrators, or (as I suspect) just that you're trying to send an email from the flow using a Gmail account?

Which is only part of the story.

And as the exception indicates, Gmail requires an encrypted (TLS) link from client to server. You've not created & configured the required PKI on your broker to achieve this, and hence Gmail won't let you connect.

Then your career in broker development is likely to be quite short. Or at least filled with pain, misery and suffering. Much of development is spent "working on it".
The short term solution (as it sounds as if you're just trying to set up some kind of learning experimental system) is to find an SMTP server that's much more laid back than Gmail and doesn't have the security requirements.
The long term solution is to get hold of some formal training and / or mentoring to enable you to work through these issues. IIB is not a simple product and while self-learning through experimentation is to be applauded, it's a long hard road.
If I'm wrong, and you're actually working with a Gmail administrator, then tell him to provide you with the TLS SSL certificate that's needed, then follow the instructions to build that into the broker's PKI (pain and misery as indicated above). _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
