Sorry, typo's - phones aren't always great.

"Passing the buck" to the person who is responsible for helping you fix your problem because it's their responsibility is the sort of thing a seasoned person would do.
A seasoned person would also accept that this forum is entirely staffed by volunteers, and that if you were as good as your tone suggests you think you are, you wouldn't have to post here in the first place.

I thought it was right on the mark, and would have suggested the same if I'd got the same level of dedication as my worthy associate & checked the forum at weekends.
