when I am using it in flow.
Broker is getting hang and don't respond.
The broker should never hang or become unresponsive. If it does happen, it is a defect, and you should open a PMR with IBM.

Do I have to enable any thing in broker
No - if that was the problem ( and it is not ) then IIB would tell you.

or need any fix pack?
If you are not on the latest IIB 10 fix pack, then you should upgrade to it.
Next steps:
- deploy the message flow and the DFDL model
- start user trace ( mqsichangetrace )
- submit the input message
<broker hangs>
- stop the broker and restart it
- read the user trace ( mqsireadlog )
- format the user trace ( mqsiformatlog )
- read the user trace to see what happened.
If the user trace does not show anything, then repeat the same steps and take a service trace instead of a user trace.
I suspect that you will end up opening that PMR...but IBM L3 service will ask for a service trace anyway. You may as well collect it now, so that it is ready when they ask for it.
