Transfer applies to Items (work items or notifications). One item can be assigned to only one person at a time, so the answer is no, transfer cannot be issued to a role.

No, you cant transfer to a Role. I wanted to do that too .

alternative.... u can have a virtual user representing Role. |

the role of 'role' feature is sparingly used nowadays.. because of its impact on performance.. technically speaking it is not possible to transfer to a role in wf.. and transferring to a teamlist is transferring to a user.. and we are manipulating 'this' team user as a 'group'.. so the answer is little tricky! _________________ shaker |
