Hi,
I am trying to use NEON Formatter for the first time. When i click on NeonFormatter it displays log on screen:
UserID,Pswd, DBMS,Server,Database.
My question is Where is the UserID,Pswd defined? Is it the same UserID,Pswd we use while creating Configmgr??And what are DBMS,Server,Database??? Please explain.

Did you do all the actions documented in the Appendix "Using New Era of Networks Rules and Formats" in the Administration Guide. Without this, you don't have NNSY support.
It doesn't sound like it, or you would know what these were.

Which Admin Guide you are refering to? Is it MQSI Admin Guide???
