Hi,
Hope you're doing well. I am writing the email to seek help for the requirement of "Websphere skills'".
I'm working in IBM as a Enterprise Application Integration Consultant with 4.5 years of experience in the field of Enterprise Application Integration, specializing on IBM WebSphere technologies and SAP Integration.
Expertise in various stages of Software Development Life Cycle with good interpersonal and communication skills, commitment, result oriented, customer oriented attitude and well experienced in development and design on EAI.
Could you please let me know if there any.

If you told us where you are based then it might help.
If you wanted to work and needed Visa Sponsorship then that might stop some people from offering positions.
If you told us more details about yourself (non techy) it might help
If you told us how to contact you then you might get an email from a prospective employer.
You have to make an employer want you. Just asking for help is IMHO not going to cut it.
