JMS Client can not create connection to JMS server. JMS Server is IBM WebShpere MQ intalled on Turbo Linux platform. Sometimes Linux System was hanged by “Too many open files in system”AT this time,Active channel is less than the MaxActiveChannels.The following is main parameters which was configed:
1. MaxChannels=3000 MaxActiveChannels = 3000
2.TCP: KeepAlive= Yes
3.System TCP Connection: ulimit –u 14276
4.Queue Manager ---- MAXHANDS(4096)

I would guess that you are trying to use a client based JMS connection. If you aren't (ie, bindings), then the parameters that you have mentioned below won't come into play.
Have you ever gotten your connection to work? Is this something that happens over time? If you've never gotten it to work, I'd suggest checking your environment (eg, the listener running?). You can also try getting the amqsputc sample to work. If this is something that happens over time, I'd suggest that you get to the latest CSD level and check your amqerr*.log files for anything suspicious. |

The problem now is that we use MQ v5.3 as JMS server and JMS client is installed on another machine. When we stop the JMS clients program suddenly, is there any machanism in MQ to disconnect the channel between JMS client and server and kill down the process corresponding to this channel? Thanks a lot!
