Hi,
I am getting below message when trying to start broker from Toolkit.
C:\Program Files\IBM\WMBT700>mqsistart SBI_BRK
BIP8139E: The user issuing this command does not have the required permissions to execute the command.
The userId that the command is being run under must have the required authority execute the command.
Check that the user has the required authority to execute the command.
C:\Program Files\IBM\WMBT700>exit
The task was unsuccessful: The command failed.
Please let me know how to authorize the user. |

Did you get a chance to refer following link
By looking at your post, I think you are on WIndows with MB v7.

Do you know if your User Id Credential is part of MB Admin. Group ?
If you're not the admin., then you may need to contact the respective Admin. to get that checked and fixed.
But if you are, then you need to follow the Info Center (Link given above) to check your local settings.
