What is the error message you are seeing? Did you add the new broker to your topology? Did you define channels between Config mgr and Broker's queue manager? _________________ Kiran

Kiran,
Thanks for the reply. As your questioned, and that's what I didn't do (define channel connect between configmgr QM to the new broker QM) and I already found a sample to do that. thanks
I have any question that related to the topic. We have two configmgr on two nt box (dev, integration), but we would like to combine the two configmgr into one. and I want to try out the mulitple broker approach to relsove the thought. Is this the right thing to do? or perhap I don't understand the whole purpose of multiple brokers in one configmgr means.
Pleaes verify my confusion
Thanks |

I don't think its a good idea to merge 2 config managers from different regions. Message flow source is stored into the config mgr repository. If you combine these 2 config mgr then you will have only one source repository, this means only one version of the message flow will be stored into the config mgr.
Multiple brokers are used for load balancing. It's recommended that you separate (different config mgr) your dev environment from TEST region. _________________ Kiran
