Is there a way using toolkit to export MXSD as XSD ?
In MB7 there used to be a feature (right click mxsd file, Generate, select XML Schema) but not in MB8 or IB9 any more...

There is a work around for generating WSDL from Message Sets. Not very sure if this work around works for schema as well, you can give a try.

    Go to Window >Preferences.
    Expand Broker Development, and select Message sets.
    Under Message Set Development, select Enable menu options for Message Set development.
    Click Apply - OK.
