I've suddendly started getting a lot of BIP2066 Errors:

Jul 18 10:49:24 cose2e1 WMQIv210[335796]: (COS1CBK)[1]BIP2066E:

Broker COS1CBK (UUID 539c8368-f600-0000-0080-ef8ed9a98840) was unable to retrieve an internal configuration response message for execution group 'COS1CBK_MMB_EX_GROUP' within the 360 second Configuration Timeout. : COS1CBK.agent: /build/S210_P/src/AdminAgent/ImbAdminAgent.cpp: 2342: ImbAdminAgent::receiveEGResponse: :


I've also noticed that when I try to stop my broker that I get BIP2804
Errors on all my execution groups:

Jul 18 10:57:39 cose2e1 WMQIv210[335796]: (COS1CBK)[772]BIP2804E: The broker has detected that Execution Group COS1CBK_FIT_EX_GROUP, process ID 95746, has not shutdown. : COS1CBK.agent: /build/S210_P/src/AdminAgent/ImbAdminStore.cpp: 606: ImbAdminStore::FindAndReportAllLongRunningProcesses:

I get the same errors on Brokers with heavy message flow utilization as well as one's with no messages.

I haven't made any drastic changes to my flows and have checked the CPU (I see 0 CPU on all the flows).

Any ideas what else to check?

I think one of your message flow is looping. Or do you have any plug-in node in your message flow?
Use -i option to stop the broker forcefully. Now check your input queue's for any backed out messages.
Please fix the problem before you restart the broker.
