Bruce,
It was now able to connect .
I have created the SYSTEM.ADMIN.SVRCONN CHANNEL and for this i have assigned 'mqm' , i removed mqm and disabled the CHAUTH then its working fine.

You should never disable CHLAUTH, as it exposes all of your channels to security breaches.

Most likely because you are using Windows and the service ID for WMQ is not mqm and that ID probably does not exist (locally).
Any administrator that turns off security has demonstrated they are not up to the task. Seek professional help via consulting. |

Did you get approval from management to do this? Did your auditors approve of the change?
