Hello All..

We have a production issue in MB. Two flows named xxx and yyy are there in an Execution group called zzz in the broker called BROKERA. When we are checking the queue managers we found messages are getting piling up in one of the input queue related to the above flows.
So when we tried to restart the message flows they were not responding. So we finally came to a conclusion that "execution group is not responding". So we killed the processes related to EG. This time we can see the messages draining from the queue belongs to yyy flow but only one message got picked up from input queue of xxx flow. And again the messages got piled up and flow stopped responding but now there is no problem with yyy flow, problem is with xxx flow only. And we don't see any errors in the logs except BIP2066E and BIP2087E.

Could any one please let us know what could be the cause and its resolution ASAP since it is a production issue. Any help is greatly acceptable. Thank you.

There is not enough info to go on here. If you are supporting this broker operationally you should have a much better idea of the issue and resolution than anyone on here. Ideally you have a design doc for the flow or access to the developer that wrote the flow to understand what it does. It could be some bad data sent by an application but any well written flow should handle that and throw it out.
You need to rule out an application/flow issue and then if needed raise a PMR with IBM. This news groups is not a formal support channel for production issues.

The xxx flow is hanging/looping, probably a poison message or similar construct. Fix the flow.
