Hi,

I have updated the Queue Manager to handle the big msgs...I set MAXMSGL(83886080)...Is this required??? I increased the size of the channel and Queue...

After updating do I need to re-start the QMGR.

No.

Any attribute you change within the QMGR using runmqsc is effective immediately.

You need to restart channels only.
